    the hands are the “tools” that we use most in our daily activities, I have not had wrist pain but I had an elbow pain and I guess they are a similar experience

    Unfortunately I am experiencing it right now, second time in a couple of years. The wrist is definitely one of the joints most subjected to even weary movements and we should learn to take care of it
