Simply start with 2 tsp of Step 1 Parastart™ in a glass of purified water before breakfast. In the evening use Step 2 Paraflush™ and take 25ml on an empty stomach before dinner or 2 hours after eating at night. Continue until all Step 2 Paraflush™ is used and when this happens start Step 3 Paraclean™. Take 12-15 drops of Step 3 Paraclean™ in filtered water before breakfast and before the evening meal, whilst still continuing to take Parastart™ first thing in the morning. Keep going until all products are finished.

You can still take Probiotic Foods whilst doing the The Complete Parasite Kit™. It is best introduced after the first 30 days when parasites are on their way out. Before then, there is a possibility that worms and flukes can be strengthened by fermented foods. It can be mixed into the Parastart™ first thing in the morning after 30 days. One of the major benefits of Probiotic Foods apart from the good bacteria helping to recolonise the gut, is the bioavailable nutrition helping the body to restore nutrient levels after a parasite infection.

Alcohol is a direct food source for yeasts and other microorganisms so it is counterproductive to continue drinking whilst on the program. Particularly, if you suffer from a yeast or fungal overgrowth, alcohol will promote their growth. It just takes a lot longer to eliminate them.

Paying attention to your water intake whilst on the program—more than normal—will assist the bulking and cleansing effect of the herbs. Drinking more water also helps to flush out die off toxins faster and promote recovery.

A diet that contains no gluten, dairy, soy, sugar, alcohol, processed foods and little of no caffeine hastens recovery.
