What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Charges depend by factors such as the Item type and the location you live in. Our ecommerce system can automatically calculate the shipping charges whenever is needed. If you do not see and additional shipping charge on your item when checking out it will mean that we have already taken care for that and you do not have to worry about it

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use PayPal and Stripe as Payments processors. Paypal also accepts credit cards. Stripe is by far the most convenient, secure and reliable payment gateway worldwide. With Stripe, you can charge almost any kind of credit or debit card: U.S. businesses can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Australian, Canadian, European, Hong Kongese, Japanese, and Singaporean businesses can accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Recently we have also introduced Bitcoin Payments.

How long will delivery take?

Deliveries will vary according to your geo location. We have three different shipping zones as follows:

  • Zone 1 North – South America / Canada / British Virgin Islands / Caribbean Islands at USD 12.5 (up to 1 kg)
  • Zone 2 Europe / East Europe / Russia at USD 8.5 (up to 1 kg)
  • Zone 3 Middle East / Southern – Northern Asia / Australia / New Zealand at USD 4.5 (up to 1 kg)

We also give our customers three different choices of shipping as follow:

  • Local Mail Services 20/30 business day at USD 2.50, (up to 1 kg)
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited 5 business day at USD 12, (up to 1 kg)
  • UPS Worldwide Express Freight 3 business day at USD 18, (up to 1 kg)
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All our web pages are Protected by SSL Encryption. Our Domain is officially Validated (DV). The green lock certificate on your Browser verifies our ownership of the domain, while the Organization Validated (OV) Certificate proves that we own the domain and that our organization is legitimate. This is reassuring to our site visitors, as a fraudulent website would never pass these checks.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email with all the details of your purchases. If your order is for digital products this will be available immediately trough your account at our website, (link will be provided in the email). If you have ordered physical goods, you will still receive an email with all the details and also an estimate time of arrival according with the shipment option you have chooses and your geo location “zone”.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Correct, you also have control over your orders to a control panel account at our website.
